How We Work
With every 5 Star client, we follow a procedure to ensure you receive the best-in-class service you pay for.
1) Initial meeting
During the initial meeting we create a landscape design “wish list” for your property.
2) The analysis
This is crucial. How can anyone design something specifically for your site without spending time there and getting to know your site? We schedule a time to visit your site photograph it and perform a thorough analysis. Each site is different, that is why no two of our landscape designs are the same.
3) Preliminary Plan
We will meet with you and discuss the landscape design concept and preliminary plan to make sure that we are on the right track.
4) Final Plan
Next we make any necessary changes and draw a final master plan. The master plan will detail the whole landscape design, showing the layout of all the design elements (patios, swimming pool, spa, seating areas, etc.) everything will be clearly labeled showing what type of material is called for, what type of plants to use and how many. You can be assured that the design of the whole property will be unified and work together to create great outdoor spaces. There is no substitute for good planning.
